TERMS:  10% down payment due at initial contracting of services.  Remaining 90% of agreed on price due at time of delivery of finished product.

PAYMENT METHOD:  Cash or Personal check, ONLY.  Sorry, we do not accept credit cards.

PREVIEW AVAILABILITY:   In most instances, where there is no deadline, or need for urgency, we will upload your video to our website, where you may preview the finished memorial/tribute, before it is burned to the DVD.  At this point, you, the customer, can view it and approve, or ask that changes be made.  We will not ask you to pay for something that you do not find acceptable or anything that is not to your satisfaction.  If for any reason you are not happy with our work, you will not be asked to pay the balance due.  The down payment, though, is non-refundable, and is used to pay for the intial materials and labor.

In those cases where time is of the essence, such as funeral services & memorials, it may not be possible to have your video online for preview approval.  We do guarantee to have your video delivered in time for services.  Payment in fill, without preview, will be due at the time of delivery.

Once the initial DVD has been burned, there will be no further changes.

REFUNDS:   There will be no refunds, except in cases when it has been determined that the DVD has proven to be defective in manufacture.  All finished DVD's are tested to make sure they are free of any mechanical defects before time of delivery.  In all cases, the first step is to call us & explain the defect/problem, then return the DVD to us for inspection.  We will then re-make your DVD to make sure that the new one is free of defects, at no additional cost to you.  If the remade DVD then fails to play properly, we will then determine whether a refund is due.  We are not responsible for the condition of your personal equipment, or whether it is in good working order.  We use only the finest quality video equipment and materials, to assure you of the finest video production possible.
